Samiha Mustabin Joygirdar: A Proud Daughter of Bangladesh Spreading International Success in the United States
Samiha Mustabin Joygirdar, a graduate of the Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE) department at Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST), has been appointed as a Process Engineer at the renowned technology company Tesla in the United States.
She joined this important position at Tesla in May 2025. Prior to this, she worked efficiently as an Associate Process Engineer at Tesla for one year and two months.
Samiha’s professional journey began as a Management Trainee Officer at Ha-Meem Group. After that, she worked for nearly three years at Singer Bangladesh Ltd., first as a Production Officer and later as a Senior Officer. During this time, she made significant contributions to improving production operations and process efficiency.
Samiha completed her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering at AUST between 2015 and 2019. Before that, she passed her SSC and HSC in the science stream from Viqarunnisa Noon School and College.
With analytical skills, clear goals, and confidence, Samiha Joygirdar has now become a pride of Bangladesh in the international technology industry. Being appointed to a key position at a world-renowned company like Tesla in a competitive environment like the United States is a recognition of her talent and hard work.
