The Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Siddiq Zubair, has been removed from his position. The decision was confirmed by Mahfuz Alam, the Information Advisor of the interim government.

Mahfuz Alam shared the update through a post on his verified Facebook page, stating that the decision to withdraw the senior secretary has already been taken in response to the ongoing crisis.

Investigation Committee to Be Formed Soon
Mahfuz Alam, who is also serving as the Member Secretary of the Public Administration Affairs Committee, further added that a full investigation committee will be formed very soon regarding the Milestone School aircraft crash tragedy.
Committee to Consider Students’ Six-Point Demand
He also mentioned that the committee will be formed by including the six-point demands raised by students after the tragic incident. “We are committed to accepting any fair demand,” he wrote.
