A team of Chinese medical experts is coming to Dhaka to help treat burn victims at the National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery. At the request of the Bangladesh government, this five-member emergency medical team will arrive in Dhaka on the evening of July 24 (Wednesday).
The team, which is trained in burn treatment in China, will consist of five expert doctors and nurses. They will help treat the seriously injured and burned victims of the recent horrific plane crash at Milestone School and College in Uttara, the capital.

This was confirmed in a press release published on the official Facebook page of the Chinese Embassy in Dhaka today (July 24). The release said that after arriving in Dhaka, the Chinese medical team will visit the National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery to provide medical assistance and clinical evaluation to the injured.
Earlier, a training plane crash in the premises of Milestone School and College in Uttara, the capital, caused massive loss of life last week. Due to a mechanical fault in the plane’s engine, it lost control and crashed into the school building. The pilot and several students, teachers and guardians lost their lives in the accident, and many people were injured. Many people are currently being treated in hospitals with serious burns.
