Among the notable projects is a major initiative for the further development of the University of Dhaka, which alone accounts for Tk2,840.39 crore of the total outlay—making it the largest single investment in the latest approval package.

The meeting took place at the NEC Conference Room in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka, with Ecnec Chairperson and Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus presiding.

Planning Adviser Dr Wahiduddin Mahmud briefed journalists following the session.
