Massive Tree Plantation Program
As-Sunnah Foundation, a non-political and non-profit welfare organization, has planted a total of 553,704 trees across the country in the last five years. The program began in 2021 and has expanded every year, covered new areas and included fruit orchards.

Each year, the plantation program grew larger, focusing on both environmental preservation and community benefit.

Detailed Project Records
The foundation confirmed that all project details are well-documented. These include the number of trees, types of saplings, areas covered, and the list of beneficiaries. Especially in 2024, a detailed chart was preserved showing every type of tree and its location.
2025 Achievements: Orchards and Sapling Distribution
In 2025 alone, the foundation created 1,432 orchards across Bangladesh. Additionally, they distributed 55,131 fruit saplings among school students and local communities.
Some notable initiatives include:

Rajbari (Pangsha, Kacharipara High School): Distribution of 550 mango and 550 lychee saplings among students. Mango varieties included Ku-Joy, Katimon, Harivanga, and Banana, while lychees included China-3.

Chittagong University (19 August program): About 1,000 fruit, flower, herbal, and ornamental trees planted near different faculties and dormitories.

Bhola (Sadar, Charfassion, and Monpura): Around 1,900 fruit saplings distributed among locals.
Organization’s Mission and Appeal
Founded in 2017, As-Sunnah Foundation works in education, dawah, poverty reduction, charity projects, winter clothing distribution, disaster relief, health services, and environmental care.
