Fitness-Free Vehicles to Be Removed from Roads Soon

Road Transport and Bridges Advisor Muhammad Fauzul Kabir Khan has announced that all unfit vehicles will soon be removed from roads, identifying them as one of the main causes of road accidents.

Fauzul Kabir Khan said,

“সড়ক দুর্ঘটনায় ফিটনেসবিহীন যানবাহনগুলোকে অন্যতম কারণ তাই রাস্তা থেকে দ্রুতই ফিটনেসবিহীন গাড়ি সরিয়ে ফেলা হবে।”

Translation: Unfit vehicles are one of the main reasons for road accidents, so they will soon be removed from the roads.

 “আপনার ব্যবসা এখন অনলাইনে— Storola-এর সাথে সহজ ও স্মার্টভাবে!”

10,000 Helmets to Be Distributed to Riders

Emphasizing the importance of road safety, the advisor urged all motorcyclists to use helmets. He said that 10,000 helmets will be distributed among motorcycle riders across different districts.

“মোটরসাইকেল আরোহীদের অবশ্যই হেলমেট ব্যবহারের তাগিদ দেন তিনি।”

Translation: He urged all motorcycle riders to always wear helmets.

সাধারণ ডিম বিক্রি করে আমরা কীভাবে ১৫ লক্ষ কাস্টমার এনেছিএই বইয়ে আছে তার বাস্তব কাহিনি!

He made these remarks during the National Road Safety Day discussion held on Wednesday morning in Tejgaon, Dhaka.

BRTA to Act as a Service-Oriented Organization

Advisor Fauzul Kabir Khan also mentioned plans to transform BRTA from a regulatory to a service-oriented organization. Under this initiative, driving licenses will be issued through certified driving institutes to ensure more skilled drivers.

Support for Road Accident Victims

He further directed BRTA to provide assistance to the families of those killed or injured in road accidents. During the event, the guests awarded 16 skilled drivers from across the country and distributed helmets to motorcycle riders.
