A mild earthquake shook Dhaka, Narsingdi, and surrounding areas on Thursday afternoon. Residents in several places reported feeling the brief vibration.
The tremor was felt at 4:15 PM.
It measured 3.60 on the Richter scale, which indicates a light and short-lasting quake.
