The process for subject change, department change, and admission cancellation for Class XI students of the 2024-2025 academic year will commence on December 29 and continue until January 15. The fees for these processes will be determined by the respective educational boards.
According to the official notice, the respective boards will set the fees for subject and department changes, as well as for admission cancellations. Students are required to apply through their respective colleges for these processes. After submitting the application and paying the necessary fee, students can log in to the college portal using their EIIN number and password to complete the subject/group change or admission cancellation.
Students do not need to contact their respective education boards for this process. The schedule for the online TC (Transfer Certificate) and BTC (Board Transfer Certificate) activities for Class XI students will be announced later.
