Students at Daffodil International University have organized a Holy Quran distribution program in protest against the recent Qur’an desecration incident allegedly committed by a student at North South University.
According to an announcement shared on social media, the event took place today at 11:30 AM in front of AB4 building on the Daffodil campus.
“সাধারণ ডিম বিক্রি করে আমরা কীভাবে ১৫ লক্ষ কাস্টমার এনেছি—এই বইয়ে আছে তার বাস্তব কাহিনি!”
The organizers wrote on Facebook:
“সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে!! আর যারা কুরআন ডোনেট করতে চান, আপনাদের টা অবশ্যই গ্রহণ করা হবে। তারপর একসাথে বিতরণ করা হবে। ১১ টায় উপস্থিত থাকবেন।”
Translation: “Completely free!! Those who wish to donate Qur’ans are most welcome. All will be distributed together. Please be present by 11 AM.”

The initiative, arranged by general students at Daffodil International University, aims to promote respect for the Holy Qur’an and express unity against any form of religious disrespect.
