Dhaka stocks fall for third consecutive day

As investors continue to exhibit a negative trading trend today, stocks’ losing streak has continued for the third day in a row. The Dhaka Stock Exchange’s flagship index, the DSEX, closed at 5150.86, down 1.01 points, or 0.01 percent. Approximately 84 issues stayed the same, 131 issues dropped, and 181 issues progressed.Tk 351.11 crore was the total turnover. Emerald Oil Industries had a ten percent increase, while Renwick Jajneswar & Co. (Bd) saw a five percent decline in shares. The CSE All Share Price Index fell 21 points, or 0.1 percent, to 14,384.92.
