A Dream Delayed by the Pandemic
Arnab’s journey to Princeton started during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, so he couldn’t experience the campus life immediately. But when he finally arrived, he was amazed. The Princeton campus looked like a scene from a movie—quiet, beautiful, and full of history, with a mix of modern and gothic architecture.
“It felt like walking through history,” he shared.
Life at Princeton: A New Perspective
Now settled in with his wife, Arnab enjoys exploring the interconnected campus, often taking peaceful walks to clear his mind. As a teaching assistant, he noticed a clear difference in student mentality:
“Princeton students are very self-driven and purpose-focused,” he said, comparing it to what he saw back in Bangladesh.
