Government office hours during Ramadan are 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

For all government, semi-government, autonomous, and semi-autonomous organizations, the government has set office hours for the forthcoming month of Ramadan, which are 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. Today, February 24, the Public Administration Ministry released a notification in this respect. The announcement states that there will be a 15-minute Zuhr prayer break from 1:15 to 1:30 p.m. Banks, insurance providers, financial institutions, postal services, railroads, hospitals, state-owned industries and mills, and other emergency service providers will, however, set their own business hours based on their own regulations and the general public’s interest. The Supreme Court will also determine the hours of operation for each court. Subject to a lunar sighting, the month of Ramadan is anticipated to start on March 2.
