Police have recovered the hanging body of a housewife named Maksuda Akhtar (35) in Dohar, Dhaka. It is believed that the incident took place due to a family dispute. After the incident, she was taken to Dohar Upazila Health Complex, where doctors declared her dead. Police have recovered the body and sent it to Dhaka for autopsy, and a case of accidental death is under process.
The hanging body of a housewife has been recovered by the Dohar Police Station in the Banglabazar area of Shilakotha in Kusumhati Union of Dohar Upazila of Dhaka. The deceased woman has been identified as Maksuda Akhtar (35). She is the wife of the deceased Aizuddin of the area.
According to the family of the deceased, Maksuda and her mother had an argument over excessive talking on the mobile phone.

According to locals, the tragic incident occurred in the early hours of Friday (August 1).
Family members of the deceased said,
There was an argument between Maksuda and her mother over excessive talking on the mobile phone.
The son of the deceased housewife said,
“I suddenly woke up at around 3 am and saw my mother hanging from the ceiling fan in the house and screamed. At that time, other family members came forward to rescue my mother from the hanging position and took her to the Doha Upazila Health Complex, where the doctor on duty declared her dead.”
When the boy screamed, other family members rushed to rescue him and took him to the Dohar Upazila Health Complex. However, the doctor on duty declared him dead. Upon receiving the information, Dohar Police Station quickly went to the spot, recovered the body and brought it to the police station. In this regard, Dohar Police Station OC Hasan said that after the initial investigation, the body has been sent to Dhaka for autopsy.
Police and family members are initially taking the incident as a suicide, but it is not possible to say anything for sure until the investigation is complete.
