“When you ask for your money back, no one can be found – there’s no difference between friends and the head of government in this regard,” said Youth and Sports Advisor Asif Mahmud.
He made this remark in a post on his personal Facebook profile on Thursday afternoon.
It is known that Chief Advisor Dr. Yunus is currently on a visit to the United Kingdom. According to sources, the main objective of the Chief Advisor’s trip is to recover money allegedly laundered to the UK.

Officials are reportedly trying to arrange a meeting between the Chief Advisor and the UK Prime Minister to discuss the matter. However, the British Prime Minister has shown no interest in such a meeting.
It is believed that the Sports Advisor’s Facebook comment was a subtle reference to the UK Prime Minister’s unwillingness to meet with the Chief Advisor.
