Sharif Osman Hadi, spokesperson of Inqilab Mancha, will be brought back to Bangladesh on Friday (19 December).
According to information shared on Thursday night (18 December) from the official Facebook page of Inqilab Mancha, his body will depart Singapore on a Biman Bangladesh Airlines commercial flight at 3:50 pm local time. The flight is expected to land in Dhaka at 6:05 pm.

Janaza in Bangladesh
The main janaza in Bangladesh will take place on Saturday (20 December) after Zohr prayers:
“বাংলাদেশে শহীদ শরিফ ওসমান হাদির জানাযা শনিবার বাদ জোহর মানিক মিয়া অ্যাভিনিউতে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।”
Translation: “In Bangladesh, the janaza of Shaheed Sharif Osman Hadi will be held on Saturday after Zohr prayers at Manik Mia Avenue.”
Background of the Incident
Sharif Osman Hadi, an independent candidate from Dhaka-8, was shot by assailants on 12 December while returning from election campaigning. He was first taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital in critical condition.
Later, Sharif Osman Hadi was shifted to Evercare Hospital Dhaka for advanced treatment. As his condition worsened, he was airlifted on 15 December to Singapore General Hospital, where he later passed away during treatment.
