BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir made this remark on Sunday morning (July 20) during a tree-planting program at Zia Udyan in the capital.

For this reason, BNP’s goal is to truly build a liberal democratic state. They want a new Bangladesh where there will be no corruption, bribery, murder, killing, or oppression. People will live freely.
Regarding the election, he added that the caretaker government will hold a national election as promised. Additionally, BNP wants to form a “rainbow nation” including everyone, respecting different opinions in democracy.
