The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court has cleared the way for the Dhaka University Central Students’ Union (DUCSU) election to be held on September 9.
A full bench of the Appellate Division, led by Chief Justice Dr. Syed Refat Ahmed, delivered the order after hearing the case on Wednesday morning. The court kept in place the chamber judge’s previous order, which had suspended the High Court’s earlier ruling, until October 30.
