Referring to the National Citizens’ Party (NCP), former BNP MP Barrister Rumeen Farhana said, “Even in a group of just 10 leaders, we see that a female leader is not spared from sexual harassment by a well-known and supposedly wise leader of her own party.”
She made this remark during a recent television talk show while responding to a question posed by NCP leader Ariful Islam Adib.

Rumeen Farhana said, “BNP is portrayed as very bad. According to NCP’s own words, BNP has become so corrupt that they fight among themselves, engage in extortion, and try to manipulate elections whatever else they might be doing. Everything is out in the open now. People are aware of their track record.”
