Famous Bangladeshi photographer and human rights activist Shahidul Alam was flown from Israel to Turkey. Bangladesh Consul General in Istanbul, Mohammad Mizanur Rahman, received him on Friday from a Turkish Airlines flight.

Shafiqul Alam, press secretary to the chief advisor, said Shahidul Alam was brought to Turkey by plane. Flight tracker information shows the plane has landed in Istanbul.

Earlier, Shahidul Alam was detained by Israeli forces from a Gaza-bound ship. He shared this in a video message at that time.
