As the first ethnic woman to win the title of “Best Female Soldier” in the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB), Shepoy Nukhing Sai Marma represents a historic moment for the BGB and the ethnic communities of Bangladesh.
Despite many hardships, she succeeded in her training and studies because to her family’s support and steadfast dedication. Her achievement serves as a powerful source of motivation for other young ladies from comparable circumstances, inspiring them to bravely and resolutely follow their goals.
