“If you can spell ‘Secretariat’ in English, I’ll let you go.”

In the video circulating online, the student tried to spell it and said:

DC Masud corrected him:

“SECRETARIAT”

He then responded:

Masud then asked:

“Are you a candidate for any public exam?”

The student replied that he was an HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) examinee from Mohammadpur Central College.

Then DC Masud asked for the full form of HSC.

The student said:

Masud corrected him again:

“Secondary School Certificate means SSC.”
