BCB Board Dissolved Over Election Allegations
The Bangladesh Cricket Board board has been dissolved following proven allegations related to election irregularities. The decision was taken by the National Sports Council (NSC), which has now formed a new ad-hoc (convener) committee to manage the board’s activities.
Tamim Iqbal Appointed as Convener
Former national team captain Tamim Iqbal has been appointed as the head of the 11-member committee. This marks a significant leadership role for the experienced cricketer in Bangladesh cricket administration.
