A recent Facebook post by Branctic’s Managing Director MD Muzahidul Islam questions whether people have forgotten Sharif Osman Hadi and the values he stood for. He questioned,
“Have we truly forgotten Hadi?”
In the post, MD Muzahidul Islam highlighted Hadi’s vision of a better Bangladesh, one free from extortion and corruption. He said that Hadi had strong beliefs and fought for a fair system where people could live without fear or injustice. MD Muzahidul Islam also expressed disappointment, saying that despite Hadi’s dreams, the reality has not changed much.
He wrote:
“Maybe we have… because he dreamed of a Bangladesh free from extortion, yet we are still living in the very system he fought against.”
